"Really great stay with two kids, they are very family friendly and the pool keeps kids entertained outside the London activities. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "
