Summary:
Security deposit preauthorisation of £125.00 is required during online check-in. If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, preauthorisation clears from your bank statement 5-7 working days after your check-out. There will be no money coming into your account! It'll appear as if the transaction never happened. Our keyless self-check-in allows for an effortless access to the property any time after 3:00pm. All check-in information and further steps will be provided on your Boarding Pass. Completing online check-in will result in automatic access codes release via your Boarding Pass around 90 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. We may meet and greet you in person, check photo ID and bank card used for the payment in case of a suspicion of fraudulent booking. All properties are equipped with CCTV that monitor who enters and leaves the property.

You will gain access to the property by receiving two access codes upon completing your online check-in. There you will need to provide a photo ID and sign our T&C. After completing this you will receive your check-in details.

The modern, fresh en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with free toiletries.

Guest Access:
After a reservation is made confirmation email with the further check-in instructions will be sent.

Details for self check-in and access codes will be released after online check in is completed. This will be emailed about 30 minutes after the initial reservation is made.

The Neighborhood:
Ideally located for fast access to Birmingham City Centre, which is a short 5-minute drive away or a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop that will take you into the city within 10 minutes. Birmingham City Hospital is a short 10-minute walk away, so the Studio is in a perfect location for staff and visitors.
