"It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. "Very good access to the station, however staff did not speak English so it was hard to communicate. No elevator, so keep in mind if you have a heavy luggage. The sink in the room was so miniature, that it was hard to even wash the face. On the positive side, there are public rental bikes parking spots nearby, so very convenient to ride somewhere if the destination is not too far. There was a weird smell in the lobby, but in the room it was okay."

"We had an excellent stay for two nights in a room of four. Great staff, great area, very easy to walk to everywhere. Good underground parking lot at less than five minute walk for 15 euros. Only downside for us is that the walls seem pretty thin so we could hear outside noise when there was some. To be expected in an old building. All in all, we had a very nice time in Ghent it is a great city."
