"Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, offering us complimentary champagne at check-in. Our room was quiet and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in any hotel. Dined at the restaurant on-site and ordered room service, both of which exceeded our expectations. "The property was very clean, comfortable, welcoming and inviting. The check in process was easy. We were only in town one night for a concert so we didn’t spend a bunch of time there, but everything is newly remodeled and modern and very nice. Our beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows, which is huge for me! Would definitely recommend and would come stay again in a heart beat. The restaurant downstairs was also great!"

"The apartment building itself was extremely rundown and not well maintained. The staircase leading up to the unit felt unstable and made loud creaking noises with every step, which didn’t feel safe.The apartment was just okay once inside, but there were several issues. The bed was very squeaky with any movement, and the mattress felt sunken and uncomfortable. There was no central air conditioning—only a portable unit—which didn’t effectively cool the space. For a two-night stay, we were only provided one set of towels and washcloths per person.We did arrive early and were able to check in before the standard time, which was appreciated after a long motorcycle ride from Kentucky. However, we were charged a 35 early check-in fee, which felt a bit excessive given the condition of the property. I will say the communication with the owner was efficient. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again."
