The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable. The restaurant and in-room dining provided very good food. I would definitely stay again!

The property is woefully dated and worn.
At the peak Christmas season 2 elevators were out of order. The remaining elevators could take in excess of 20-25 minutes to make it to your floor. I walked down 24 flights each time rather than wait.
The furniture was worn, the towels were worn, the carpet was stained and had cigarette burns. there was no clock in the room, no robe or slippers as promised, no bottled water as promised, no flowers or pictures as advertised.
The bright spot was the view of the park. The breakfast buffet was nice, and complimentary champagne during happy hour was a nice touch. I would definitely not rate this a 4 star hotel, or even a 3 star due to the run down condition
