"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. "The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "

"The owners communication was fantastic from start to finish and their hospitality superb. The property is absolutely as described and the location is fantastic. It’s a very quirky property with lots to explore inside and outside. We spent lots of time in the hot-tub looking out at the river and enjoying a glass of wine or two. The planes and trains - did not affect either our sleep or enjoyment of the stay so please don’t be put off by the proximity to the line or being on a flight path....

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy! The flat is well provisioned, and just as described - a perfect spot for our four adults, but children would have been easy here too. We hope to stay again next time we're in town. "

"Laura was there to meet us upon arrival and help us get the car in to the garage, which was very good of her. The beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The short walk to the tube made it easy to get to all the attractions."
