We lived our stay. The food was excellent! I loved the setup of the buffet and also choices for dinner. The beach was beautiful and right out the door. The chairs could be more comfortable inside and outside the hotel. The room was comfy and bed was nice. We felt very well taken care of and would go back.

Hotel was nice quiet boutique hotel. Everything was a short walking distance. Rooms were large and clean. Views amazing. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Lots of gluten-free options however the buffet items werent labeled. Wish made it harder to figure out if they were gluten-free or not. I would and will return.

The hotel is not that big but it is perfect to feel the service and attention from the staff. Beautiful beach… breakfast is delicious! Restaurants are good but could be better. Rooms were kept clean but the toilet was gibbing us problems which they took care of right away. Juan from the pool bar is amazing, so nice and friendly more than anything humble and that was lovely, Katia helped us out creating an amazing itinerary that worked out amazing for us. I can honestly say that i will be going back soon.

Small resort which we prefer over the massive resorts. Ocean front master suite was amazing. Excellent service. Food quality was great. Beach location was perfect. Close to La Isla Mall. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

The service, the animation, the yoga, the exercises into the sweeming pool, the restaurants, housekeeping service and every day cleaning, the receptionist and all the service peaople at fhe front desk. Everybody was very polite. I recomend the hotel to everybody!

Absolutely beautiful property and some of the most amazing staff I have ever met. This place is such a gem in a place that can be hit or miss with resorts. It was small but so easy to navigate and very walkable. If you’re looking for a second home and another family then this is the place!!

Staff are very accommodating especially Elena( I really hope this is the right name and I apologize if it’s not as my memory is not that sharp lately) but she upgraded our accommodation without me even asking but because she saw that I have gold status with Expedia. I did ask for upgrade when we arrived but the male staff at the desk said I have to pay for upgrade. She upgraded us (me and my daughter) to a master suite overlooking the pool and the beach, and has a great view for sunrise and sunset. Food selections were great, staff and the service are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay here, I also told my friends who are planning to come to Cancun sometime this year. Keep it up guys!👏👏👏

The property is so pretty, it makes me feel like I am in Greece. The customer service is very good and food is delicious, especially the beef dishes, you must order! Desserts are great. The property provides good fine food, It is a good all inclusive hotel. I enjoyed it !!!😋👍👍👍

The hotel is marketed as a four-star, but I would rate it closer to a three-star. It’s a small property currently undergoing renovation, so you occasionally hear drilling, and the walls are quite thin—you can easily hear your neighbors. The dining options are very limited, with just one or two dishes to choose from, although you can opt for some fruit. The only standout feature is the beautiful beach, but the waves are huge, so be prepared—they are never small. As for entertainment, there’s almost none. You can make bracelets daily, do yoga at 9 a.m., and perhaps join a game of volleyball in the pool. Among the restaurants in the area, Chianti stands out as an excellent choice with delicious food and wonderful drinks. For those who enjoy Japanese cuisine, Umami is nice option. Choose the “All-Inclusive” as buying food separately will be expensive. In terms of value for money, it doesn’t match. For the same price, we can find a hotel that is 2-3 times better with excellent dining options and entertainments. Overall, this hotel is best suited for those who are not picky and don’t have high expectations. It’s a calm, quiet place with polite staff, but not much else to offer.

Excellent value! Great beach with excellent service thanks to Mauricio who worked tirelessly to make our vacation enjoyable. All staff super friendly though. Fabulous evening entertainment after Karaoke and Flamenco on Sunday especially. It’s a small property but that is just fine by us. LOVED eating at the Deck restaurant just about every night. Outside by the ocean with a la carte service and also multiple options from a buffet. Will definitely consider this hotel again when returning to the area.
