A bit expensive for the quality of product provided! The rooms are nice and all face the ocean. Don’t bother pay for ocean view unless u really wanna see the ocean from every part of ur room. The breakfast was okay. I would not pay money for it. Staff are professional but the front desk was super pushy for upgrade and tried to make it extra difficult to accommodate my party of 3. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but mothing to right home about! The pools are kinda small and so is the hot tub. The kids club is a joke and is not appropriately staffed.

We have been coming to this hotel for years now. It used to be the Ritz Carlton and is now The Kempinsky chain of hotels. Everything is exactly the same and the quality, service and amenities as well top notch.

I have no issue against the hotel staff and worker as they are all very professional and the property is also kept in excellent condition, however, the hotel appeared in the list when I applied "all-inclusive" filter to the list. I am not sure who to blame, maybe it's myself, but let this serve as a warning to any future travelers: this property is not a straight-all-inclusive resort, they may have all-inclusive options but it is not easy to spot the option when you try to book a room. So, if you still wish to book this hotel, please make sure you check everything and then double check again to make sure you are getting the very limited all-inclusive option!
