"Great location (but can be very loud outside and the noise does come in at nighttime when trying to sleep) Hotel is nice, well sized room and the staff are great and very helpful The breakfast selection is minimal but they do have teas/cakes etc in the afternoon too. "This hotel is located right in the train station. You have to go the water side outside to get to it or as you come out but still in main station left and on your left is a lobby waiting room with nice furniture, go thru to front desk behind the double doors. This place is right above the train statopmbut we heard nothing!!! It was quiet, cleam and the staff especially front desk and bell people, are all super nice. There is construction going on but we were able to walk to some neat places....

"It's a former convent and has a beautiful entrance tile mosaic, depicting a female face. It's literally yards away from the tram 28 route. The rides can not get into the street but is just less than a minute walk to the entrance. There are signs in the wall directing towards the hotel, but they are small and one might miss them. Unassuming door to the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception. Especially Fatima. Called the restaurant close by to ask if they will prepare us food, as we got in...

"In a very vibrant area of Lisbon. Several walkable neighborhoods close by. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to tram and Metro, National Museum of Contemporary Art. Walked 10 minutes to Fado in Chiado musical performance. Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel."

"The hotel’s staff are excellent, I received a complimentary cake for my birthday, and a bottle of wine, it was very caring of the staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone, and for sure if I return back to Lisbon I’ll stay again in this hotel."

"Travelling with friends, who liked their rooms but didn't have huge amounts of space. I went for a Junior Suite and it was well worth it. Bags of room, and very cool, including a modern four-poster. The location is excellent, downtown and very close to the Metro for going further afield. Staff all very friendly (my Portuguese is basic, unlike their English - everyone spoke it perfectly). And everyone was super helpful. Would stay here again when returning to Lisbon. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Lisbon metres from Santa Justa Lift. Modern rooms with usual amenities including fridge etc. Check in fast and easy and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. "

"You can’t go wrong staying near Rossio Square. I arrived early for almost an 11 hour flight. Extremely friendly & attentive staff allowed me to checkin early. Great Hotel! Great Location! Great service! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon. Obrigada!"

"Had a lovely stay all staff very friendly and helpful. We did not like the view from our room so we spoke to the manager who upgraded us without any extra fee. The room was very nice and clean apart from the carpet that needed cleaning. Some of the furniture in the lobby needed some attention. But overall great hotel "
