We booked a room just to rest between flying into Hanoi and taking a night train to Sapa but I would definitely find it comfortable to stay a night or two. "Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). "The service was superb, from the receptionist to the servers at the buffet. The buffet was ok, not a lot of varieties like other hotel I stayed. The bathroom was clean however the room was running down, the towels were roughly due to old towel. Since I have VIP, we didn’t get offered to upgrade. Also our room was next to the elevator, second floor, and you can hear the noice and talking when someone took the elevator. "
