The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "The best hotel in Hanoi,plain and simple.But there is one thing that needs to be mentioned.On the hotel's room page it says Flexible check-in and check-out time upon availability.But don't think this is Peninsula time at the Peninsula Hotels which you can check-in as early as 8AM and check-out as late as 16PM.Since our flight to Ho Chi Minh City was very late into the night a REAL flexible check-out was very important.Because we had used Peninsula Time before, we naively thought that we could be flexible in Capella, which is known for its luxury.Turns out their check-in and check-out policies are no different from regular hotels：upon available and pay to guarantee.The hotel did offer to let us stay in the living room as long as we wanted.And the kind staffs constantly offered us free sweets and mocktails.However since we had already checked out we just didn't feel comfortable eating and drinking for free.So we just sat there for three hours with some water and final decided we just head to the airport to see if we can get on an early flight.To be clear.Normal check-in and check-out times is fine and we are totally OK with it.Just if your check-in and check-out times are no different from regular hotels, there’s no point in mention “Flexible” on the website as if it’s a selling point, right?"
