"Location. Minutes walk away to the public transportation system. Breakfast is great. The staff are great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Just don’t get a room in the 1st floor. The set up is so weird. We have a room in the 1st floor. To be able to get to our room, we have to go to 2nd floor from the lobby , walk around to get to another elevator or stairs , then go down to the 1st floor. If I had known about it, I should have just waited till 3pm the regular check in time instead...

"Ethan gave us such a warm welcome at the reception. He set the tone for a memorable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi worked. In the evening, the receptionist got me proper milk instead of those tiny UHT things that I hate! The only frustrating thing was trying to get the waterfall shower to work. Great service!"

"We had a wonderful stay. Only stayed one night. The only problem was the shower only seemed to have 1 temperature setting and it was unbearably hot (could have burnt) so we weren’t able to shower. If it was a longer stay we would have asked for it to be looked at. Other than that it was a brilliant stay. "

"I was disappointed with the location of the room as this was my last 3 night stay before returning to Canada. I'd stayed a total of 6 nights earlier in the month. I always request a quiet room, but facing the main street is never that quiet and unfortunately i'm a light sleeper. Also i find the pillows either very hard or very lumpy - Other than that, i have no complaints. "

"I stayed for 5 days while in London for the first time and it was wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate them holding my luggage for me when I arrived well before my room was ready. The gym is beautiful with great views and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It’s also next to the Tate Britain Museum and I was able to have a look at some exhibits and used it as a landmark while navigating around town."

"The hotel is beautiful and clean but just not my style. I expected to be awed. We arrived after a long day and at 8pm none of the area restraunts/pubs were serving food and we really wanted authentic fish and chips being our 1st time in London and it was a layover. Instead we ate at the hotel restraunt which was very good but a Indian flavor which I like but wasnt what we expected. "

Would’ve been nice to have been given a clear cut answer on whether or not a late checkout was available rather than the waffle 8 got and being told to check back the night before our departure. A cleaner visited every day to straighten the bed etc so moving out at 1pm (instead of 11 ) should’ve been simple t9 organize."

"Incredible hotel and staff! Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent mini bar. The area the hotel is in is a bit out of the way for London tourists, but easy access to the Tube. Lots of shopping, coffee, restaurants nearby. The sewage plant is very close by and the SMELL of the area outside the property is at times overwhelming. But hotel itself and everything inside is fantastic."
