"We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Anthem, our daughters went to a concert. It was cold so having the venue plus lots of restaurants and some other places a short walk away was great. The hotel is lovely, we arrived an hour early so I agreed to get a partial wharf view room possibly on a lower floor because I was told that it would be available the quickest. "I've stayed at the Gaylord a number of times over the last 10 years. Service has always been excellent, staff always ready to help. This time around I needed room service more than ever, it was super fast and the staff was very patient with repeat calls. If I had to advise anyone anything, if you have sensitive breathing issues: Bring a humidifier. Particularly, if you intend on staying for more than a couple days.
