"Coffee and tea service in the room was nice. The river view was beautiful, even in the rain. Loved how they provided a refilable filtered water station and 2 glass bottles for our use in the room. Much better than water bottle waste. The linens and pillows were comfortable, but the mattress was too firm for my liking and I woke with hip pain during the nigjt. Staff were very friendly. "

"Hotel is ok... construction going on so kind of took from the ambience. Close to...as in walking distance to a million restaurants so that was definitely a plus. Parking was confusing. Would love to have had the option of room service but it wasn't suggested. Overall 3/5 star rating."

"A very cute boutique hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful- and they accommodate all your requests. Every morning we would be greeted with cheerful "hello", & when we returned from outside "welcome back". We continued extending our stay as we enjoyed the hotel (and area) so much. Very clean, quiet- walls between rooms are thick- never heard other occupants at all. My husband, who knows interior design, said the fixtures/ decorations are first class. HUGE king size bed, & the balcony...

"They charge a lot for a room, which I get. But then they have low class habits like charging for snacks in the room, and upcharging $35/nt for "amenities" that the hotel provides, such as internet and gym. You are already paying for that level of quality. Low class, Willard, low class. "
