"An optimal location in Polanco, the poshest residential area of the city. It felt safe and eminently walkable. Lots of interesting architecture. There are two or three restaurants per block and three or four within each of the various large hotels. Too much good food, too little time."

"The room was clean, the staff were polite and helful, everything worked, the hotel is in a great location hallway between the Zocala (central square) and the Bosque Chapultepec (huge park with many attractions). Buses and taxis outside the front door, subway stations Revolucion and Hidalgo a short walk away. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. We didn't try having dinner at the hotel, but I'm sure it would be good. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after walking all day. The water...

"It was a beautiful property. The only thing I would say is that the pool should be kept clean. When I was there the pool was dirty and the next morning I went there they had tools inside and around the pool and it was worse than the day before. The day before we were able to at least take pictures with a little green pool and the city behind us. That area of the pool is the best to take fixtures at so the hotel should have it clean at all times. I paid to go to this hotel to relax in the pool...
