"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."

"A wonderful location in a lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of great places to eat and drink. A very nice neighbourhood to walk around and has a lovely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the roof terrace is a great place to start your day with a coffee. Rooms are basic but clean and overall this offers very good value for money. Would highly recommend. "

"This was really more like an AirBnB than a hotel, except without the cleaning fees and service charges. It’s not “really” a hotel. There’s no sign or lobby (to speak of), you check-in via a lockbox, and there was no daily room cleaning. Our room (#C) was large with full appliances, great TV with Netflix and Roku, but it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. And there’s no A/C. The building is old, but charming, and faces a very nice park with cool drinking and dining places all around. ...

"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"Lovely, unique colonial building with charm, comfort, and history. Our Tlalli (Earth) room was spacious for family of 3, and tastefully appointed. While it looked onto the street, the room was safe, secured, and quiet at night. Walking distance to all key attractions in Coyoachan. Friendly, prompt customer service. "

"This is our 5th trip to Mexico City and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Location is great in the heart of the city - safe. We will stay here again. Rooms were clean and quiet. Fresh linens. Beds comfortable. Coffee in room and water and apples are free.The coffee/food bar and food at the hotel were great and the food service is 24 hours. The breakfast every morning (included) was delicious. The concierge (Alicia) was so helpful. Didian was also a great resource. All the staff were ready to assist with any questions. All of the staff we encountered speak English."

"Areli made our check in very pleasant. We were tired and hungry she made our check in smooth. She has outstanding customer service. We love the hotel; however; the buffet was out of butter and jelly. Also, I was hoping to get squeeze orange juice and real chilaquiles… not make your own with dry chips and salsa on the side. All the staff was super friendly. "
