"We loved the big suite for our overnight. The food from the restaurant was good and arrived quickly. We did have trouble getting answers on the phone. Staff may need to be a little better informed as to the location to get ice. Also they could be more knowlegeable when asked about restaurants. But the staff was very friendly and courteous. "

Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away."
