"Heating a/c unit was faulty so temp couldn’t be regulated. The room also smelled very musty when we first opened the door. I’ve stayed here before and it’s always been fine so I think this was unusual (?). The staff was excellent, and the breakfast spread was beautiful. "

"When I stay here was great we was in town to see jelly roll in concert last minute and booked and had a great time the room smelled a little weird dude to the cleaning product that they use but other than that it was a great place great service friendly people"

"We had a good stay at the Quality Inn. The hotel has good access to Richmond, Ashland, and Kings Dominion. They are also very dog friendly with a decent amount of grass (even though a lot of previous pet owners had not scooped their dogs’ poop). Breakfast was also good. Coffee could have been better with larger cups and creamer options, but it was decent coffee. "
