"We loved the big suite for our overnight. The food from the restaurant was good and arrived quickly. We did have trouble getting answers on the phone. Staff may need to be a little better informed as to the location to get ice. Also they could be more knowlegeable when asked about restaurants. But the staff was very friendly and courteous. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. As you walk in the staff greets you with a warm smile and there is complimentary tea and coffee. The rooms were beautiful and it was in walking distance to some great restaurants. This is my new hotel of choice when I am in downtown Richmond! "

"Staff was ready for us upon our arrival. Being an Omni Select customer helped. Our check in process took about 2 minutes and we were off to our rooms. Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away."
