"We had 7 girls in this house for 2 nights and it was awesome! The house was exactly as described, lots of room for the 7 of us. The property management was very communicative. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect.... we did get it heated. Close to lots of good bars and restaraunts... walkable ( 5 minutes ) to the Penmar which was a fun vibe! Definitely would recommend~"

"Overall, we loved this property. Proximity to Santa Monica pier was great. Was in town for a game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This property is a bit of a haul from Pasadena, but well worth it. A few minor things that were more of an aggravation that a deal breaker. Master shower is absolutely stupid the way it is set up sideways and sprays water all over the bathroom regardless of the position of the curtain. Light switch in master not dimming all the way to off and leaving light in...

"Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "

"Convenient location, cozy stay. There were a lot of food options walking distance and we were able to scooter all the way to Hollywood bowl for a concert. Less than 2 miles away. "

"It's a lovely and very functional house, however I chose it because I needed a swimmable pool and spa for physical therapy which the site said was heated. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to the property manager, the heater was broken, so while they thought that they were heated (according to the remote programming) they actually never did. As it was a cool week, the pool and spa actually got colder and colder. It was frustrating because the property manager, who was new to the property, kept...

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights and the home is well appointed and quite nice. While there's an old hotel across the street that looks less than welcoming, you wouldn't know it once you're inside the gates and in the home. There are 3 bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and two large bathrooms in the home. The TV remotes can be confusing though as we couldn't figure out how to use them in the bedrooms. Perhaps labeling them would be helpful. In addition, if you're sensitive to noise this...
