"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."

"Great location (close to Victoria station). Very nice staff, clean room, nice toiletries, and a tower fan. No lift and I was on 3rd floor, but staff took my luggage up and the stairs are wide for an old building. I would definitely recommend. "

"This hotel is an absolute gem. So close to Earls Court. Friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day. If you like a great value, safe hotel with no unnecessary stuff like pools etc this is the place to be. Like all London hotels the rooms are small but don’t be put off- this is a magnificent hotel! "Incredibly helpful staff, before and during our stay. The rooms were great. The restaurant was great. We stayed over New Years, and other than fireworks at midnight, it was very quiet. The location was perfect for us and our 5 day stay."

"Had a small issue with room as had paid for an upgrade and didnt see what we'd paid for, after a chat with reception issue was resolved very amicably. Hotel is a little vit dated but very comfortable, very clean and staff were very helpful"
