"Hotel is just across the road to the park and ride that's great the room was ok but could have done with a hover as had crumbs on the floor by tv and side of the bed. We had dinner at hotel curry but its was just like what you get as cheap meal from a supermarket in a microwave and at £25 each was not cheap that was a let down "

"Booked a last minute stay and decided on The Queen at Chester and im glad we did. Hotel was lovely and clean, all staff friendly and polite. We got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. We only had a slight issue in that we went up for another drink during breakfast and staff thought we left and cleared our table so when we came back someone else was sat there. But we got a new table no problem! And breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Brilliant hotel, always try to stay here if in Chester. Car park for about 20 cars, but Watergate St is a 3 min walk and about £12 for 24 hours. Stayed in the Ascot suite, great size, spotless, all the facilities in good working order. Free WiFi. Lots of space, ealk in shower (very powerful). Best bit, the L-shaped balcony with a superb view of the entire racecourse and beyond. All staff / reception brilliant and friendly."
