"Booked: two bedroom suite Condition: bed was very comfy and linens felt lovely. Bathroom was well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Rooms could use a remodel and a spruce up, BUT it was not offensively outdated and I have NO complaints on the quality of the space. Microwave also functions as a convection oven. Plates, cups, utensils, cooktop, pots and pans included. Refrigerator is fairly generously sized. Love the water bottle filler across from the elevator. Staff were fantastic, helpful and fun! Location is superb at the corner of Wacker and Michigan in the middle of the Miracle Mile. Picked this hotel as the one I typically stay in was asking over $800 per night for a one bedroom suite that is a bit larger but no less convenient. This was a great alternative for 30% of the price basically leaving more money for $hopping!!!!! Will definitely return to this hotel in future. "

"It is an old building so We were very pleased with how clean the rooms were. Tub drained slowly but did not affect our shower schedules. Radiator was a little confusing but it didn’t bother is because the weather was beautiful. Will stay again"

"I loved how central it is to every thing. Only minutes walk all the attractions. Public transportation is only around the corner and to/from airport on public transportation was simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Great experience! "
