"Housekeeping was an additional cost when we booked, however, we didn't get housekeeping Christmas or boxing day. Housekeeping on the other days was very late in the day and often missed housekeeping items. One day was missed when it shouldn't have been. Spa pools were out of order. Table tennis paddles were broken. Pool cues had to be collected and returned to reception. The room itself was lovely."
