"Our room was dated. The entry door needed a good nudge to open and light switch in the bathroom was broken. In the 4 nights we were there the lift was broken for half of it, with staff unaware when it would be fixed. Most of the staff were quite friendly but some could do with some more customer service training. "

"Fantastic location if you need to stay in the hotel, walking distance to public transportation and restaurants just outside your hotel. It is located in the "elegant" section of China town near the Parliament. Spacious room, adequate amenities, with the right price, it is a very good choice rather than pay much more in the old hotels."
