"My visit to Bahia was a great experience, but what I didn’t like was that I paid for three days , first day Monday check in was at 3:pm, that’s wasn’t a full day , spent Tuesday all day, than had to check out on Wednesday by 12:pm an couldn’t stay on the resort.you tell me why is that considered three days. Why am I paying for a day that wasn’t spent on the resort. Want my money back."

"We stayed at FDR exactly 1 year ago and my children still bring it up every single week.
The facility is very humble so if you’re looking for white walls and glass everything this is not for you. But if you want a humble quaint environment where the staff makes you feel like family give FDR a shot.
My kids (11,9,5) loved the water slide and our nanny Tamara. They still talk about how much they miss her often.
Shenille did the boat tours. He was so kind and gracious and took us multiple times to fish, spear fish and snorkel. He even coordinated for the chefs to cook the fish we caught for us straight from the ocean.
You see the owner, Christian, often and every time he remembers you and your name and is truly invested is your experience at his hotel.
The food: it was different than most all inclusive experiences in that there is a menu and it’s not a free for all buffet but that did not bother us as they are very accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and they made me a special dinner similar to my families every single meal. Everything is fresh and hot as they cook it specifically for you. We did not have a single thing we did not like.
The thing about this hotel that is unlike any other is the location. The snorkeling in unmatched. Bring a mask and snorkel. We saw every single sea animal you can imagine right off the beach. Even dolphins on our last morning at breakfast. This hotel and Jamaica will forever have a piece of our hearts. "
