Great location convenient to St Pancras Train station and other things to see nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Very helpful staff. It is snug but worked perfect for a couple. Will be staying again soon.

Our stay was pretty good. The apartment was just the way it appeared in the photos and it was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. We made good use of the laundry machine. We appreciated that there was a large drying rack. There was a grocery store just around the corner. And it was easy to walk to the earl’s court underground station. But there were some things that were unpleasant- there was a large burn mark that went through a layer or two of the sheets that were not changed out even after the weekly cleaning. The furniture was flimsy and seemed old. They charged 50 pounds (around 75 usd) to check in 2 hours early. There was one day when the code stopped working and we were stuck outside in the hallway for a bit while we called them. But the management company responded and resolved the problem quickly. Overall we can’t complain too much because the price was good. We would stay there again.
