"Thin wall"

"The staff were amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. They make you feel so safe and welcome the minute you are there. We went in winter time but can see how this would appeal in the summer due to a rooftop area and pool. Rooms are huge and are equipped with everything you need. Would stay again on return to NYC and would recommend to anyone! "

"Yes rooms are a bit small but great bang for your buck. This is NYC, unless you’re going to spend $$$$ you’re going to have a small room anywhere in the city. Great decor, breakfast and technology setup. Rooftop bar and patio is awesome. This is my go-to place to stay now in NYC."

"The room is nice, small as is common in Manhattan. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Five stars for that. The toiletries and hair dryer however, seriously lacking. No shower cap, no body lotion, etc and the hair dryer not very good. It was weak. "

"The staff are helpful,friendly and accommodating. I have to mention Joann at the front desk because she did her best to accommodate us with our request to have an adjacent rooms. Though she was unable to find us the rooms, she was still able to put us on the same floor. Service was good, our requests were promptly answered. The hostess at the breakfast room was also friendly and make us comfortable. It is a great place to stay."

"Overall good, lighting was definitely an issue - manual lamps awful & auto panel seemed to have mind of its own. Housekeeper completely rearranged our stuff which was awkward. Check in was challenging - we were told only about 10 mins & we waited in lobby. Then after 45 mins of not being called, went back up to desk to find our room was ready. Frustrating after long day of flights. Hotel staff was nice & location was great. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a drink as the place seemed close...
