"Really nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great location for Alexandra Palace. Paid for parking about 6 minute walk away so no problems there and there is also street parking all around. Little shop next door and local amenities within walking distance. Overall probably the best little apartment I've stayed in. "

"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"The room was lovely - and on such a quiet street, just perfect for us as light sleepers. Staff were prompt to look into and slight issues - we hope that that a plumber has come in to fix the very annoying basin plug and check a crack in the same basin, already there before our arrival. Very pleasant and friendly staff. "
