"We spent 5 days at Casa San Agustin for our anniversary, and this was the perfect place to celebrate! The hotel is beautiful, clean and in the middle of everything. Staff was gracious and accommodating. I definitely recommend spending a day at Acasi beach - stunning and relaxing. Dinner at their restaurant was superb. Shout out to Laura for making our 25th an anniversary we will never forget!"

"Hotel has cool rooms and you get around the island with bikes. Food is good, breakfast included. It’s a bit overpriced given some of it looks a bit rough around the edges. Staff are ok, but service needs an improvement. We went to the other little island by boat to sunbathe by the pool as areas in the sun are limited by the main beach. We took 8 litres of water with us for our 3 night stay as we read other reviews saying you can only by $8 water bottles when there. This is a must if you want to...

"Great central location. Friendly/helpful staff. Annoying that you have to knock on an unassuming door to get in but easy after you figure it out and I guess it’s for security purposes. Would opt out of or not pay for breakfast if that is extra cause it was pretty bland and unexciting. Nice steam sauna though. "

Enjoyed our ocean view room and the excellent service that kept it clean and well supplied with water, towels, etc. Breakfast offered a wonderful start to the day with lots of healthy food choices. A fish option would be a great addition. We appreciated the options for places to sit and chat both inside and out in the garden. The front desk staff and concierge were pleasant and helpful. "
