"We were here for 4 nights to see 3 plays including The Tempest at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. So the location was perfect. The hotel was beautifully appointed and showed lots of thoughtful design details which we appreciated."

"Rarely leave reviews but this hotel is genuinely worthy of praise. From the moment of arrival and through the stay, every single staff member we met were polite, professional and friendly. It is an unusual thing to have staff that make you feel you are truly welcomed and valued. Room was immaculate, quiet at night and shower was fantastic. The queen bed was a little small for us but I really am nit picking there. Not sure if it has recently been refurbed but the whole place was in 1st class...

"Towel heater did not work. Apparently renovations done did not re-connect the hot water pipe that feeds the towel bar. The front desk sent the maintenance man three times. It wasn't until we were in the room when the nice maintenance man came and explained the problem."

"Great hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. We got upgraded to a larger room, and we were really impressed with the space. Everything in the room was high quality and clearly thoughtfully chosen. Would stay here over and over again!"
