"We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food options were fantastic, and while the beach was very hot in August—something we expected—the water provided a nice relief. I did anticipate that the sargassum would be cleaned up better, but it's hard to find any major complaints about the place otherwise. Our swim-up room was amazing, and the attached pool was mostly empty, only being used by neighboring guests. "There are multiple food options. The food was good. However, a dress code and booking is required to eat at maybe 2 or 3 of the restaurants. The staff were super helpful and very invested in my experience. They wanted to be sure we had a great time. Housekeeping came daily and made sure everything was cleaned/restocked. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return. "
