"Overall, OK! Faaaar from city but they have a great team that offers excellent transfers and transportation to airport, city station and closest towns. If you’re traveling with little kids/babies in winter DO NOT STAY, there’s no heater system in rooms so it’s really cold and makes the stay uncomfortable for all the family! In general, good hotel, so nice staff, convenient facilities and comfortable beds, smells a bit weird, like humid and the hotel itself is old but honestly, it’s a good place...

"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."
