"Everything was good, except for my reservations. Didn't go through. I was out of the country and customer service. At the front desk was not very understanding. Being It was a holiday kind of New Year's Eve New Year's Day was the next day. And things were pretty booked up, but they were not very accommodating. To my belief. Cost me $600 extra. Not very happy for a holiday out of the country.For the first time with my daughter"

"Our room was beautiful with a direct view of the falls. It was large and well appointed, and we were right in the center of everything. It was very cold—New Years Eve—so it was helpful that we could walk to the casino and a number of restaurants without going outside. When we went to the falls and around town, we were close to everything. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Valet was convenient and prompt. "

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"
