"Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "

"little upsetting the indoor pool wasn't open yet but understandable as it was being remodeled. the vending machines weren't working on any level. we also weren't able to purchase the souvenir cups late in the evening, so we had to drive over to the gas station for drinks. The headboards to the beds need a serious wipe down. our room could have used a serious dusting "

"We have stayed at both Dollywood hotels, they are both lovely with a great family atmosphere. Rooms are large and well appointed. Both hotels were immaculately clean and staffed with friendly people."

"The rooms are HUGE! Great sheets, tubs, shower pressure, lots of food options and a free shuttle to take you to other restaurants downtown. The Front desk staff, the maintenance staff, the bartenders are all top notch. Very friendly. Very professional. Very Helpful in every way. The Pyramid is a famous iconic thing, but the hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis."
