"Had a fantastic stay at the wild pheasant. Staff are lovely. Room was for 3 but only set up for 2, the staff couldnt be any quicker having the room amended for the 3 of us. Afternoon tea was gorgeous , spa immaculate and not overcrowded. Enjoyed a shoulder and back massage to finish the trip. It was perfect. Also very close to the centre nice 15 minute walk along the river"

"Really nice location, plenty of parking available. Nice pub and accommodation. Staff are very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was good quality, service was very good. Breakfast was very good. Room was good. The only slight negative, and I hate to add that it seems to be common with all hotels, is that the cups were very small for tea / coffee. I'm sure if we'd asked they would have had some decent sized mugs? Overall, you can't go wrong, clean, beautiful...

"The welcome at reception was good and Amanda? was really helpful. The bathroom had been nicely refurbed and was clean. The bedlinen was clean and crisp - very important. I arrived late night and had a good night’s sleep as it was quiet despite its closeness to a busy road. There was plenty of parking available. Unfortunately the EV charging at the hotel was not yet completed, but there were 2 charging points in the nearby business park. "
