"Shuttle service great, picked us up in wee hours of morning and allowed a free late check out. Quiet and spacious room with super comfortable bed. Ate lunch in restaurant next day and delicious food. Would stay again!"

"The valet guy made our stay super special, he is the face of The Grand, The room needs some updating bathroom door was water damage, wear and tear in the room just needs a good refresh. Also we had four in the room and had to constantly request more bath towels as was only we’re left with two towels until the end of the stay. Toilet paper was another issue was never left enough. But when we rang it was brought up within like 10mins. Only two jets working in the spa and the spa was very cloudy. Overall was a great stay and would stay again the reason for the 5 Stars was the valet guy. If it’s wasn’t for him I think I would give it 2 stars. "
