On arrival found that we had been upgraded to a small one-bedroom apartment without us even asking (we had stayed here a few times before) and the room was just marvellous! Great design and ambiance, good layout. The staff goes above and beyond and we were very happy with all the amenities - gym, pool and hot tub are all very welcoming places. Highly recommend."

"Beds firm, and instructions needed for appliances. Good position for getting to the MCG. Checkin was not working properly, staff could not work it. Had to be done manually. Would be much better if someone was at the reception area, to deal with clients. "
