"Had a really good stay for our wedding anniversary the room was very clean and the spa facilities were really good. The stay was sort of spoilt though by a member of the bar staff called Henry who basically just ignored me at the bar after waiting to be served and just started serving someone else before me. Just thought it was a mistake but then did exactly the same thing to my wife when she went the bar. The member of staff in question needs retraining as when I asked him it would be best next time to ask who was next he just gave a sarcastic reply. Apart from that the stay was good. "
"Generally great stay. Dog friendly and didnt get charged for the dog. The bed was a bit small but comfy. We had everything we needed in our room, and staff were helpful and polite.

Reception is open 24 hours, so checking in late was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest before our 7:00 am flight.
