Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

The staff was very protective of the seventh floor lounge area and they didn’t want us to use it. There was no lobby per se. Room was fine, staff wasn’t as friendly as they could have been
