"We stayed on the 22nd floor. It was so noisy. Lots of banging doors and teens yelling. It was after midnight. The staff didnt specify we could only go in a couple of lines if we had to use a card. That should have been noted. Also did not know we had to reserve time at the waterpark so we werent able to swim. Convenient location. "

"Great hotel. The expedia advertisement was misleading, even the hotel staff confirmed this. The expedia advertisement claimed that resort fees are included in the package price, however when arriving at the hotel, we were surprised with a daily resort fee. "
