"The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Sammy, Andy and another gentleman that I did not catch the name of saved my day! They helped me with a lost phone situation and I actually was able to retrieve the phone! I want to thank them and all the staff there at Royal plaza! Thank you so much! "The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station."

"The rain shower was phenomenal almost too much pressure. Separated from the toilet too which is not always commonplace at the price I paid for this room. A little far from west kowloon and central stops but great value if you dont mind making the trip. Fairly close to the park where you can see monkeys though. Beware the monkeys are quite dangerous if you try to interact with them. Just be mindful they are wild animals. But back the hotel. Bed was lovely, pillows were a little soft for me but...
