I didnt use any ammenities or room services but the cleaning woman at one point caught me in the hallway and asked if i had everthing i needed and reminded me where i could find her if i needed anything. I thought that was very nice. I didnt catch her name but i was on floor 16. She was great. "

"My daughter and I travelled for the Taylor Swift concert. They accommodated our early check-in. The staff are very friendly and they went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. They had many fun activities for all the guests going to the Eras Tour. Every guests had a smile on their faces and the environment was just very positive."

"We stayed here for the Taylor Swift Concert because of course it was so expensive anywhere downtown. We Ubered to York Mills Subway station (about 9-11 dollars) and hopped on the subway for 4.00. It was a 20 min ride to Union Station and we paid just over 430.00 for two nights. The places to eat within walking distance and a Starbucks as well. The hotel is really pretty inside the lobby, one elevator out, so the elevator rides were delayed some, but the room was very spacious."

"Property is in a great location. Unit was nice but a bit worn out and needed a deep clean. Very dusty, no shelf in shower had to keep everything on the floor. Lots of mirrors but no plug ins and the one in bathroom kept turning off. Sofa bed very uncomfortable "
