"Staff were lovely as always, especially breakfast team, can’t do enough for you! This was our fourth stay, we will return however, the carpet in the public area needs either a very deep clean or replacement. I’m shocked you switched restaurant and bar without sorting the carpet. It’s filthy, you can still see where the coffee machine etc had been, not attractive! Everything else in the hotel cleaned to a high standard, carpet really letting you down! Gorgeous view from our room!"
