"The Marriott-on-the-Falls is a nice and clean hotel with a clear view over the Niagara Falls. The staff is nice and helpful. I guess that you have to ask for daily service though if you want your room fixed in the morning. They don't do this otherwise. The only issue we had was with the breakfast at the Milestone Restaurant (inside the hotel). Eggs or sausages, bacon and other items that were supposed to be served hot were close to cold. It wasn't worth the money,and I suggest for visitors to look into other options such as the IHOP that you'll find just accross the hotel (can't miss the sign). We used the Milestone Restaurant also for dinner, and there were no issues. Food and service was great. All-in-all though, we would stay at this hotel again at our next visit."

"I like the staff and service everyone was very friendly and welcoming. What I didn't like or needs improvement will be the parking off site the transportation bus pick up from hotel was always delayed and we were required to wait outside by the curb even though it was cold and wind blowing raining.with little children. That was unexceptional the bus should always be available at the hotel as well as the parking lot."
