"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

The positives of the home are the parking, the home is situated directly on the ocean with a small pool also oceanfront, The air conditioners work really well and the showers have lots of hot water. "Shelley's place was everything we hoped for. It was off the beaten path, away from tourist traffic and activities, but close enough to access the beaches and unique villages in the area. We were on the go a lot, but we could have easily spent much of the week comfortably relaxing there, enjoying the quiet front and back patios and the park and cenote across the street. "Ok it took a minute for me to write this. I am an older mom of a medically challenged toddler. My anxiety with life has been high so traveling for the first time with my 'miracle baby' was high. I took ALL of Dan's advice with just staying and enjoying the property and visiting O'tulum hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
