"Been coming to this hotel for decades. Wonderful new renovations, fantastic location and a very nice restaurant right there next to hotel… you can access it from hotel so it’s extremely convenient. Directly across the street from Richard Rogers theatre. Around the corner from multiple broadway theaters! And the prices are very reasonable for NYC prices. You will feel safe staying here, they have multiple security staff making sure your visit is perfect. "

"Beautiful room and hotel. Staff is friendly and check-in was quick. I will only say, the surrounding area is really noisy at night so if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend staying close to time square! The windows feels like they aren't even there as you can hear everything that happens outside. Also, having a proper temperature regulator would be appreciated as my room was particularly always too hot and the heater never turned off or put cool air out despite putting the settings for it."
