"Nice location right on top of entrances to Namba Walk and of course Dotonbori. Room was a little tight with the amount of luggage I was carrying but otherwise very pleasant; most travelers won't have a problem. Extremely useful amenities for leaving luggage at the location if arriving before check-in, and coin laundry on site which was a lifesaver for me. Check-in and out was smooth and easy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka. It is a beautiful hotel and property with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious and our room was spotless, spacious, and modern. We particularly enjoyed the club level amenities and the bars on the top floors, which had excellent drinks and views of the city. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a suite. I wish we had time to stay more than one night here."

"I stayed at this hotel for Osaka castle view and Osaka Jo Hall. The view was nice and it took only a couple of minutes to get to Osaka Jo Hall so I could be well-rested after the show. The room was a bit outdated but very clean and spacious compared with other hotels in Japan. The staffs were very kind and helpful. I would like to visit again."

"Walking distance from Dotonbori, there is a seven eleven right beside, and a 10 minute walk from public transportation. Which if you have big luggage can be a challenge. The street in the morning looks like the next day of a hangover but it's because of the location. We found lots of places to eat around the are and the hotel room is small but comfortable. The cleaning is a 9 of 10 we found some places a little dusty in our room most of the corners. Bit it was minimal."
