"We had a brilliant 5 day vacation. Resort is amazingly good for families with kids, the pools themselves are huge, clean and well maintained and the slides are great. Lots of kids toys and activities in the pool, as well as an dedicated kids pool bar - absolutely great! Unfortunately, we had a small issue requiring us to see a doctor, the hotel has it's own clinic staffed by a nurse with an on-call doctor available in an hour or two, depending on traffic - very good for us, the experience was as good as it could be under the circumstances. We tried the sauna, gym and cold plunge pool as well as the massages, all were quite good. The breakfast was great, very varied and lots of options for all 6 of us. The poolside restaurant was also good, the portions of food are quite big, sometimes we found the kids meals to be sufficient even for us adults. Lots of Kuta around to explore, the Beachwalk Mall is about 7 min walk away and the Kuta Beach is a just across the road. Will definitely go again, the kids were absolutely thrilled with everything and even us grownups were more than satisfied, even if we didn't go for all the music and Rock parts of the Hard Rock empire."

"Great place to stop at near the airport whilst waiting for a flight. Child friendly with a large pool that has a shallow end for kids. Great room size for getting organised for a long flight. Excellent service from staff organising our transport. Food was also good for in room dining to keep it simple and easy. "

"Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax. "
