"Wow amazing location! Right by the pier. Beds super comfy, spotless, white sheets. The hotel says "includes breakfast", its more than a little buffet, but a little breakfast restaurant. You get a menu, and they serve you. From bacon and eggs, to simply Mexican style breakfast.We easily saved $50 a day from not eating out for breakfast. Beach, malecon, pier, all within a 5min walk. Will definitely stay again!"

"We just stayed almost two weeks at this property and had a wonderful trip! Cheers to Christian and Alfredo at the beach for making sure my drink was always full! Hugo kept the party going at the pool with games and blackjack. Maxal was our favorite dinner spot and shout out to Gabriel for being so amazing! For lunch, you can't beat Cocomar, Aaron their chef, made me the most delicious lobster I've ever had! And the best service of all goes to Mario also at Cocomar. He was so friendly and funny, kept us all laughing and having a great time! Also he had great tequila recommendations, we tried one of their best sipping tequilas, definitely worth it! The amenities are wonderful but it's the staff that really makes it a once in a lifetime trip! Thanks to you all and we'll definitely be back :) "

"Location is amazing! For the price of this resort, if you wanted to you can go and enjoy the food on the marina. Close to the Walmart, marina, coffee shops. Art walk is on Thursdays but it is very busy! Your 5 minutes away from the airport which we found was a huge benefit. Food was okay. They have a cook making fresh food every evening if you don’t want anything from the buffet. The Fish House has amazing food! Mole and tacos is okay. Breakfast at Mole and Tacos is nice. For how busy the pool was, it was never dirty! The snack bar at the pool was good sometimes they had tacos. The service is phenomenal at this resort! The lobby bar is amazing, not one bartender struck out to me being better, they are all great! I recommend getting the Meliá app and using the amenities request link for different pillows and a duvet. The beds are not super comfortable. The rooms are clean and pretty standard. This resort is dated for sure but everything else made up for it. I would like to note that I would never stay at this resort without the premium bracelet because premium gives you a lot of perks and is totally worth the extra money. It is a family friendly resort but I never noticed it to be overflowing with kids. There is so much for families to do at the resort no one would be bored. There is live entertainment in the evenings which we never watched. The are pool tables, ping pong, kayaking, mini golf, games, volley balls to borrow, and much more! "
